Graves (retired now, I think) was an attorney for a few decades and got sick of how corrupt the system has become.
In this video, which is about half-way through his lecture, he starts off by quoting Blackstone, "The court of justice is for the People, and is the theater of the power of the country."
At 4:30, he talks about Discovery in a court case. He explains how he could get the president of the US to be legally required to provide documents for your court case, and to put him in jail if he refuses.
