Assuming this is real… If this beast were to find its way back to hell from where it was spawned, I don’t think I could muster the strength to shed even a single tear. May be a militant female body mutilator (removed breasts) as I don’t see an Adam’s apple. Doesn’t matter, really. Something went very wrong in this individual’s life to bring them to this point.
