It’d be just another weird out of touch Hollywood Social Commentary that’ll end swept into the dustbin of history and only occasionally get brought up again by niche film nerds.
I do know one thing. There’s far too many pretending it’s some genius satirical piece on both the extremes of Feminism and Patriarchy. When it appears for all intents and purposes the stars and directors are doubling down on the Pro-Feminism side of the equation. Which gives the impression that any satire was very much unintended
The real MVPs though. Are the PR and Marketing Teams who managed to completely mislead quite a few people who realistically should have known better about the movies contents.
