The album it's from is a high water mark for them and unless someone is more likely to be into the older more proggy stuff (which I am not) the place I'd recommend people start with Crim.
Personnel: Robert Fripp (of course, all versions of Crim are his project/vision)(guitars/effects - soundscape stuff etc), Adrian Belew (Zappa, Talking Heads etc)(guitars, vocals), Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel etc)(bass, Stick), Bill Bruford (Yes)(drums).
From the back cover: "Discipline is never an end in itself, only a means to an end."
Another couple standout tracks:
Frame By Frame (Actually this is one of my favorite songs by anyone btw.)
Indiscipline - which brings us to a couple favorite highly applicable quotes:
"Basically, I like the idea that Robert has mentioned before. You offer a piece of candy to the audience, and when they start to take it, you punch them in the face."
-- Adrian Belew
"My only problem with King Crimson... OK, I have a few problems..."
