Kinda the parents. Predators are gonna do predator things. Parents have a specific role in their kids lives and to offer them up like this is the worst betrayal of natural order imaginable. Who is worse, the parent who delivers up their child to have a boobie fondled in exchange for power, or the parents who execute their offspring in utero to prevent being inconvenienced?
