The Vatican lays claim to the entire world through the Unum Sanctum Trust and leases the land and resources back to governments which then collect the property tax on behalf of the Vatican. It all gets funneled through municipal corporations set up to look like they are part of the state or county, but they are part of the federal zone which is the US corporation.
