Through the military and others he knew about HCQ and ivermectin and pushed it early on. He would have known through the military that there was a joint DoD project that developed the mRNA poison in as early as 2015.

The public came to know about it being poison as early as 2021 but he still continued to push it. He has full access to military intelligence so there's no way he didn't know until he got boo'd.

Also, as early as 2016 he was publicly bringing concerns of vaccines potentially causing problems with children's health....so he already knew something was happening even at that point.
