This is interesting. I speculate on the 4 BOOMS as the above are markers, Q posted about.

Questions; Are the BOOM markers 11.4 from the Law of War manual? Will wartime actions be taken according to the LoW manual? Are we there, yet?

Here is what LoW manual says about 11.4 (scroll down to 11.4 to page 813 from top info bar or page 771 from actual PDF)

https://dod.defense.gov/Portals/1/Documents/pubs/DoD%20Law%20of%20War%20Manual%20-%20June%202015%20Updated%20Dec%202016.pdf?ver=2016-12-13-172036-190

Basically, the occupying power CANNOT alter institutions of government permanently or change the constitution of a country.

'...Similarly, in view of the provisional nature of belligerent occupation, the authority of the Occupying Power under occupation law has been interpreted as being subject to limitations on the ability of the Occupying Power to alter institutions of government permanently or change the constitution of a country.

We see how Jack Smith with his lawfare, is trying to change the Constitutional rights of DJT in the election lawsuit; election interference and with the Mar-a-Lago raid for DJT's possession and the declassification of documents.

Now we have the Georgia election lawsuits against DJT.
