Whenever water is mentioned I immediately think of Hydrogen Water, or H2 Water. I have an H2 Water generator I got a couple of years ago at $180 but you can get them for $100 or less... I had gout a few times many years ago but do not have any recurring problems with gout (I'm not saying it is because of the H2 water) - not even sure if would directly help or not. The point is just if you're going to drink water, might as well be H2 Water if you're able to. Now looking for a way to clean tap water besides using Zero Water or Brita.
Hydrogen water is regular water with hydrogen gas added to the water. According to some resources, adding hydrogen gas to the water increases its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It's been touted for its ability to increase energy, slow down the aging process, and improve muscle recovery after a workout.
