I just saw information saying that the soda does not remove the oily pesticide. I used to use a fantastic product to wash vegetables that left them cleaner and crisper than they ever were. It was a product called LOC, and it was or is an Amway product. It was a very low suds and biodegradable surfactant, really cut through films. Rinsed off completely.
