It is hard for modern society to realize that a little over a hundred years ago, child mortality and the risks of childbirth took a toll that kept population numbers down throughout history. Therefore, people tended to have more children - if they could. Modern obstetric care has masked the fact that childbirth in reality historically has been dangerous.

There is a very old cemetery near where I live that dates from about the mid 1800's to early 1900's. Cruising the cemetery, it was astounding to me that many of the graves, especially those in family plots, contained young women and children dying on the same day or within a couple of days of each other. I was taken aback by the numbers of marked graves belonging to young children under the age of 10 - many just one or two years old. Gates, and the misguided so called experts, tout vaxxines as being the reason that more children have survived in recent times. But an honest evaluation looking at long term cohort data seems to point towards other factors to explain the increased survival rates - primarily changes in birthing and hygiene as being the most impactful for both mothers and their children.

As it turns out, vaxxines have had little effect, if any, on reducing child mortality and morbidity. Increased sanitation and clean water are by far the biggest factors involved with increasing survival rates for all cohorts of populations. What was begun by well intentioned people to improve the lives of people, Gates and company now see as a threat. They are desperately attempting to reduce the explosion in population by other means - including reverting selected cohorts of undesirables back to unsanitary conditions, starvation, and various birth control methods - sometimes resorting to outright murder. This is nothing new. The Bible records similar attempts by a Pharaoh that used various methods to reduce the numbers of a people that the ruling class saw as a threat. We know how that story ended. May it be the same in our day - soon.
