If a person rants about fossil fuels, but still drives a gas operated car, they lack integrity, if a person protests big pharma, but still takes a Tylenol, it compromises integrity. A person wants to be seen as a person who has integrity, they can practice the simple rule, practice what you preach. It is not that hard, and integrity is an admirable quality in a man, no matter which way he lives. So, you start small, if you say something , mean it, otherwise, keep your mouth closed until you know you can live up to what you believe. In this modern world with so many choices, use discernment before you commit. But alcohol? No one has to drink it. Pharm? The only thing I can have full integrity around that is in my garden, it is 100% organic, but, pharm also created Ivermectin and flea and tick control, and yes, my cats need flea poison sometimes, and yes, I have to take some meds that are created by pharm. I do not have to consume or buy coke, beer, factory farmed meats, or msm "information".
