In my understanding of "black swan", mind you, I'm not familiar with the term "black swan event". The implication would be that we already have the most damming piece of evidence but are possibly overlooking it as it's face value/ or in its current context may seem like useless/ and or not relevant information.

They may be referring to Maui being black swan in the sense that it's NWO arson masquerading as climate change, but apart from that I'm not sure how it's a black swan event.

Edit: example: someone in a different thread stated a what if, that when they sent the kids home while their parents were working --- that what if they didn't send them home but essentially kidnapped them.

Black swan = sent kids home from school

Black swan expanded = sent kids home from school --- because they kidnapped them---
