Indeed, every single bad thing that has happened since the statement "Patriots are in control" where people have died has to fall into one of those two categories (caused, or allowed, by the Q team).

This is a completely different quote than the "4-6% brainwashed" quotes (there are two of them). I think that this is the likely cost of this war in the expected death toll. 4-6% as calculated by the game theorists running it. This is how things are done.
It sucks, but reality is not safe, nor is it pretty. War is evil, and terrible, and destructive and deadly. It is impossible for it to be otherwise. This is probably the War to End All Wars (if the "White Hats" are indeed working for We The People). 4-6% is nothing compared to what the Cabal had in store for us (close to 4-6% surviving), so I'd call it a pretty solid saving of life.
