You are really hitting Twitter and sharing good info...this knowledge is so old it isn't even funny...in the back of my mind I believe there was a treaty between Russia and the US that stated that these types of things could not be used in warfare...it seems it had more to do with earthquakes...so everyone is more than aware of the capability for all this to be used adversely...I personally think they are having a field day with this...destroying whatever they want at will...evil beyond measure...
