I disagree on the "75%" number but, then again, I'm in an area conrtolled 100% by libtards. That stated - I think the percentage of non-compilers will be 50% or a little over that - still a majority and certainly enough to break the narrative and force a retraction of restrictions should they be imposed. The libs will still claim victory - "See, the jabs and masks worked so we can roll back the restrictions."
