It's long and complicated, but I have caught California's income tax agency running multiple schemes to overcharge lawful taxpayers. The schemes are orchestrated at the top, and most of the grunts know their piece of the system is messed up, but the grunts are not aware that they are a cog in a bigger scheme. My prayer has been to get the grunts to realize what is happening and that they refuse to comply with unethical and unlawful behavior anymore.

Anyway, I just found out that many of the people perpetrating the schemes never signed oaths to uphold the laws of the federal and state constitutions. I want to get all their names spoken at this meeting so that the grunts are aware of the character of their leadership. I will also demand that every decision made by those without oaths be voided due to lack of standing to make decisions since they were falsely posing as government agents.
