This is purely speculation on my part, but a while back I did a dig on Monarch/MKUltra mind control, while doing a deep dive on the Disney kids like Brittany Spears. After observing several clips showing bizarre behaviors, I discovered similarities between McConnells behavior and those kids.
While branching off, I discovered several prominent news and sports casters and players who for no apparent reason just simply froze in place - as if they were in a deep trance with eyes open.
Al Roaker shows one of the creepiest examples of this.
I can't explain what mechanism was in place for MK "stuff" to take place in any of these examples. Did they attend a special class or seminar of sorts? Was it required attendance to participate in their profession? Was it by themselves or with cohorts? Was it none of that and administered without their knowledge via chemical and or psytronic/electronic methods?
Again, this is speculation, because I don't have an answer to share with you, and I've got many more questions. Regardless of your take on this subject, i think you'll all agree, there's something happening here... and what it is ain't exactly clear...
