I do see that he had arrest warrants for tax evasion at the time of his death.

So whatever he was doing, legal or not, was not being recognized by TPTB.

It doesn't matter how many lectures he gave. If it's not recognized by the court, it's essentially meaningless.

I'm sure he was convinced what he was doing was legal. But again, TPTB disagreed with him.

This is what I was talking about when I said that I've never seen any strategy from the Sovereign Citizen Movement be upheld in a court of law.

And his strategy obviously wasn't upheld in a court of law seeing as how he died while there were still warrants out over his arrest for tax evasion.

I am curious why he avoided being served with papers for tax evasion if he believed he was doing so legally and would win that case.

From what I'm reading now, he died because he vowed to not be taken into police custody alive, partly because of the tax evasion situation.
