(John Quade ) was the first time I heard of this. He gave a talk somewhere about giving up RIGHTS to gain PRIVILEGES. He had on a blue shirt in the video if I remember correctly.

It was on ScrewYouTube, and was chopped into several short clips. It was a real pain in the ass to figure out the order to view them in, but it was EYE OPENING to say the least. I tried to find 1) where it came from (ie What organization) & 2) a complete version if it. But I never had any luck.
