You know that we've been verifiably geoengineering since at least Vietnam to create rain clouds right? And there's documents showing they had theorized about it all the way back to the 1920's...

As far as I know nobody who seriously discusses chemtrails insinuates that commercial airlines are the ones behind them. They're most likely air-force.
