MHO, but… That looks amazingly fake. It literally looks like it’s filmed behind a window - or even a picture in a frame - where someone is shining a flashlight or two at the window, overlaid with nice white and orange cloud footage. The kind of shooting plumes I have no idea (too tired to look further).

Notice the horizontal white wisps at :36-:40+ and, if you watch it at .25 speed look at the geometric foggy areas at :52. I could probably pick more out, but am too tired. Manyana.
