I would bet that AFTER the white hats take down the cabal the white hats will tabulate everyone's total amount in the bank to roughly the same value as it was before. IDK if it will be in dollars or a new currency but it will have about the same value.

Don't forget, that most of the people who have the big bucks WILL BE GONE - or in Gitmo so it wouldn't be too difficult for the white hats to bring everyone else to roughly where they are now. It might be hard to tabulate it & all though. Maybe keep a few receipts here & there
