"You can't suspend the Constitution for an emergency" is not a direction I expected from them, given that suspending the Constitution is 100% their go to approach to everything. But in a post-fact world am guessing they think they can just use their tools to make their fakery into "the truth", "Constitutional", etc. Just like always.
