They will appeal all the way to the WI Supreme Court using lawfare, to which the recent rigged SC justice election has leaned the court leftist.

My suggestion is for the repubs to file an immediate impeachment against the newly selected elected SC justice.

In the interim, the legislature should hire former WI supreme court justice Michael Gableman to be the new Administrator of Elections. Apparently, he has been asked by the republican leadership to created a panel to investigate the criteria for impeachment against the new leftist justice Janet Protasiewic.
