I believe there is a definite connection between the Bible and astronomy. My username is derived from this belief. (it has nothing to do with solar power) Years ago I decided I was an atheist. But what stuck in my mind was why does the Bible exist? Surely they didn't just make up these stories. These stories must exist for a reason. Thus I searched the Internet and books and found resources like these.

Astrotheology is what it is called. We can debate about the existence of God. But, the link between the Bible and astronomy leaves little room for doubt. If you don't believe in God, Jesus, etc. you might say that the stories in the Bible are allegorical and act to allow one to learn astronomy, the motions of the heavens, and such in the days before the written word. If you do believe in God, Jesus, etc. you might say well, God is God, and he has literally written the stories in the stars. (some say because Satan can't alter the heavens)

With this knowledge, stories like Jonah and the Whale suddenly made sense. The constellation Cetus is "the whale".

I recently came across this video which I found interesting as it deals with astronomy, Virgo, and the birth of Christ which matches up with what this lady leads off with. I do need to check her claim as to the current position of Virgo and such. In the video below the sight that she was referring to was seen in like 3 AD (edit: 3 BC) coinciding with the actual birth of Jesus Christ; the person claims. (memory serving)

What Do The Magi and The Dead Sea Scrolls Have In Common?

Yes, they put this stuff right in your face. They think that you're too stupid to see what they're doing.

This is known as "revelation of the method".

The alchemical principle of the Revelation of the Method has as its chief component, a clown-like, grinning mockery of the victim(s) as a show of power and macabre arrogance. When this is performed in a veiled manner, accompanied by certain occult signs and symbolic words and elicits no meaningful response of opposition or resistance from the target(s), it is one of the most efficacious techniques of psychological warfare and mind-rape.
