Thanks for the additional info, so it appears the traffic was there for almost a month, give me some time to recheck the timeline, but quick opinion, it may be because they expect the spearhead to progress even faster than it was.
Edit: apparently negotiations happened since february 28th first in Belarus and then Turkey, the stalled convoy appeared right after the first round of negotiation. I am pretty sure it was not a coincidence, could be Russia intentionally backing off as part of an agreement or show of goodwill, could be just a show of force.
