It's going to take at least 5 paid off RINOs in the House to get a VP approved, since the VP is the only cabinet position required to be confirmed by both the Senate and the House. And it couldn't have happened before the 2022 midterms either, because the Senate then was tied, and Kameltoe would have had to break the tie on the new VP, which I'm not sure she would have been allowed to do. Had the Demonrats retained the House, I would bet money that they would have already made the move.
