Once an astronomical long shot.....With McCarthy gone and the Speaker chair is now open....it becomes more of a possibility. There may be no consensus within the GOP for candidates....I'm betting they are going to deadlocked with no prevailing Speaker candidate that everyone agrees on. They may look outside of the congressional body and it could be either Nunes or Trump. Nunes would be IMHO a more likely candidate that the GOP Repubs would readily agree to. If Nunes became Speaker, he would open the pathway for Trump to return to the presidency. As Matt Gaetz as already stated, all the republicans need to do is call DJT in as a witness and grant him immunity. This would wipe out all the frivolous indictments against Trump.
