Yeah sorry maybe I did not explain well in the title, I don't necessary mean replace, but more as a possible alternative. I meant it to mean more like are current big cities just going to get run down completely where there high crimes everwhere and a depressed economy in a sense. I imagine 365 million americans would not live in 10 cities only. I mean more like could this be the start of the future? Or some kind of experiment to see, I don't know. I just find this to be a pretty fascinating subject and video

Edit: alternative makes sense, he talks about these cities basically being self governed and only going bout the Constitution. Not sure if it could go as far as a separate currency system as well.
