Best course there is to point out that what they are actually saying is that those "gullible people" who read Q posts would otherwise be forming some revolt and saving the world by now if not for Q. Ask them what they have been able to accomplish since they are not being held back by Q posts. They have nothing.
Then point them to the notables section (which they likely have no idea exists) of qresearch as evidence that Q supporters are doing more than just waiting for Q drops.
