I don't know..... All I know is the official narrative was a lie. IMHO, there's always far more to the story than what is read in the Mockingbird news. I know in these FARA consulting companies, it's probably a good platform for carrying out the Mad magazine depiction of Spy vs. Spy. I'm sure Flynn, as a representative to Turkey, was trying to obtain and ascertain information to pass on to at least compartmentalized agencies of the United States. On the other hand, the Turks were most likely trying to the same. After all, General Flynn was a central figure in the NSA. The complexity of FARA companies for their use are on many levels. Think in terms of how USAID is used by the CIA as a cover for their operations. Likewise, FARA-declared businesses can be used in a similar capacity for specific purposes, while using the consulting/lobby aspects as a cover. So, what was General Flynn actually doing when consulting for Turkey? I'm sure it's far more than we'll know. Evidently, the DS didn't like Flynn having access. I find it odd that a little later on there was a well-coordinated coup d'état attempt against Turk President Recep Erdoğan. IMHO, I believe Trump had wind of the planned coup and tipped him off allowing Erdoğan to avoid being deposed. Whether General Flynn had anything to do with this is only speculation. So, the DS tried to get General Flynn on a FARA declaration violation? Give me a break. Where's that Podesta guy anyway? Oh yea, he was allowed to amend post hoc his FARA declaration and submit it. Not so, with Manafort or Flynn.
