Let's assume for a moment the USA INC is indeed bankrupt and done with. All those people who receive a USA INC residency under what formal reason ever, are actually still foreigners with the location in Washington DC, right?

What happens when a different USA arises? Would the question then be: who is going to be allowed to stay?
