IMHO. it's not plausible for several reasons. This video shows a technology that is presented in ideal condition. Atmosphere density and conditions are all factors and not described. (1) The aircraft would require many sweeps of Lahaina to create the level of damage that occurred. The aircraft would require several repeated circular patterns with precision accuracy to conduct such a massive operation.. Maui was experiencing strong winds during that period with a hurricane 200 miles off shore. When there are hurricane force winds, it provides several degrees of turbulence making navigating difficult that could jeopardize the aircraft. It would be a very risky operation to carry out with the expensive equipment. (2) There are no reports of anyone witnessing or hearing the sound of aircraft in the sky. In addition, there are no reports of military flights in this area during this time. (3) The widespread conflagration, along with properties not being touched by fire would also be difficult to control. Hotels and resorts were spared.

IMHO, I believe the cell towers may have been used for this operation. Sending excess power through the cell phone tower transmitters and strong microwave energy could overheat copper wiring and metal in homes causing ordinary combustibles in the home to ignite.
