On the left of the label/plaque is the same fish coin from the last graphic posted. I can't be certain, but I believe it's related to the story in the Bible of Jesus telling Peter to catch a fish. In the fish's mouth is a coin that is valuable enough to pay both Jesus's and Peter's taxes for temple upkeep in Jerusalem.
