In other words, even if a thing begins organically, in order for it to gain prominence in any meaningful measure outside of "local," it must be pushed by the Cabal, because they control all information. If its something that lands in "conspiracy theory" circles, then maybe it's white hat, maybe it's black hat (most likely the latter I think).

The point is, it is the control of information that is the real power. Information creates beliefs. If no one hears about it, or it isn't repeated, then no one knows/remembers. If, on the other hand, everyone knows about it, and it is repeated, it becomes the truth, even if that "truth" has no, or almost no basis in reality.
