All cyber crimes laws need to be rewritten to include mandatory forensic analysis, down to the machine code level or something, to show EXACTLY how illegal files are put on a computer, or network packets travel in a hack, etc, because it's probably pretty easy to wrongfully convict someone who isn't wealthy over a cyber crime.

"Oh, this file was on YOUR device, you are guilty!" or "This hack came from YOUR IP, guilty!"
