I don't think this is possible under the current illegal framework. The DoD ordered all Covid counter-measures as prototypes and demonstrations under a State of Emergency. Consequently, the vaccines are not subject to any regulation and the FDA has no authority. In fact, the FDA had no authority to accept or reject the measures in the first place, and were merely utilized as a public deception tool. Similarly, Brook Jackson's case against Pfizer for bad laboratory practices was dismissed because the counter-measure contractors were absolved of all regulations.

Only by going after the entities for treason that created and implemented the illegal framework can this travesty be resolved.
