His family has a history of mental issues. Not all are kindapped and brainwashed via some dark military operation.

Edit, I get that your image above doesn’t need the involvement of brainwashing in a controlled environment and is “heard” by everyone- some being more sensitive then others. But if this kid hasn’t watched TV then how is he getting the signal... through osmosis?
