I took a Touch for Health course in the 80's that included teaching on balancing the left/right brain with "brain gym"...it was very interesting and led me to books like "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain." There is a lot of research on the brain that is very interesting...like Dr. Amen's work or even the book "Emotional Intelligence". Not enough time to learn everything...and some people would rather argue than actually explore/debate an issue...
