Project Warp Speed is, imo, the 2030 Agenda (AKA the 16 year Obama/Hillary plan) at double speed with open communication channels.

Without enough time to memory hole the previous fuckery, plus a lack of Cabal control of the narrative, we will still reach a similar precipice as the original Cabal plan, but with a 40k view we shouldn't have had. Thus instead of adopting their solution, we will adopt "our own."
