This is a wild discovery about "junk" DNA they did an experiment on a salamander, I believe it is called wave genetics but could be wrong, fascinating experiment though.

My understanding is that it definitely is there for a reason, but that we do not know or is possibly hidden from us just how we can use it to our advantage. I am with you, why would the creator put it there? I try and stay away from medical textbooks when trying to understand this stuff as they seem have reasons for everything it's "science" right? I mean after the last few years we have gone through I tend to distrust everything that comes out of the medical field personally. Not bashing the profession or anything, I just do not believe it is for our best interest any longer if that makes sense?
