Thank you Qanaut. I hope you know that I have the greatest respect for your activities are GAW. Nevertheless....
Although I did not do a comprehensive read of the citation, I'm quite aware of the technique this website uses to mislead and insert disinformation.
The telegraph article appears to be outlining the issues in relation to the OECD ((Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development).
While its reasonable to think that OECD is part of the monolithic efforts by the Cabal to undermine national sovereignty and build the NWO (they have hundreds of such projects and organizations), the assertions by TPV seem quite fake. At least, they provide zero basis for them in their article.
This is equivalent to offering someone a chocolate cake, where the cake as a whole is edible, but the chocolate icing on the outside - only 5% of the cake - is actually made from excrement. But if you can convince the diner that its a real chocolate cake, they'll eat the excrement!
How is the OECD for example, connected to the WEF such that Britain is relinquishing its tax sovereignty to the WEF? There's no mention of this in the Telegraph article.
There is no mention of Davos in the article, despite TPVs assertion that "unelected bureaucrats headquartered in Davos will be in charge of collecting tax from British subjects".
There is no mention of any factual basis for the assertion that the "WEF-run OECD" is in fact run by the World Economic Forum.
I did not leap to any conclusion or even think there was ill intent in stickying the post. What I do think is that there is lack of attention to evidence, and to the negative impacts that TPV and such sites have on our mission and our people.
I understand the idea of stickying a post in order to stimulate discussion on all sorts of topics, including discussion of possible narratives, and that stickies are not necessarily endorsements, etc.
But I have to question why the actual article by the Telegraph, which has zero mention of WEF and makes no such assertions, was not chosen for the posting. Posting that would seem highly productive to me.
My research shows that TPV is very consistent in what they do. They fabricate headlines and follow them up with two or three similarly fabricated or baseless assertions, and THEN copy/paste seemingly related articles by others, or a written article siting tenuously related factual information, that gives the veneer of legitimacy to their fabricate clickbait headlines.
Despite the mainstream telegraph article actually containing what we might consider notable or noteworthy information, the headlines the majority of readers are attaching to seems to be the fake triggering WEF assertions.
Are these points not worth considering?
Anyway, that's my view. Imo, these topics can very well be discussed, raised and stickied without promoting the fake and false narratives that TPV inserts in to the truth sphere.
Conversely, I think that the posting of TPV content, which INVARIABLY includes (is always highlighted by) that 5% excrement, does a significant disservice to the board. At least in the form it takes 97% of the time, that is, without any indication to readers that the content is fake and finds no tangible basis in the actual article.
Thankfully, the number of GAW members who are aware of this situation does seem to be increasing. But the negative impacts are still there, also, imo.
