Maybe I'm missing something here regarding with the NORAD-CCP satellite trajectory map. In the video, the map showing the Hawaiian Islands doesn't provide us the latitude or longitude headings for reference. However, I recognize that this map is actually angled about -35 degrees from its latitude. The map depiction does not show North as being straight up and down, as on a map, but rather pointing around the 10:00 position of the clock. This means these vertically angled trajectory of the NORAD-CCP satellite as animated is actually traveling close to a due south to north direction.

Why is this important?

With that premise being made, and Reese stating that this was a "NORAD-CCP satellite", the depiction presented of the satellite traveling would never travel over CCP (China, but rather the Aleutian Islands, Bering Sea, Russia, and Alaska. Secondly, this satellite is shown traveling over the Big Island of Hawaii and not Maui.

Most importantly of all, NORAD satellites are most likely the low orbit variety that travel 17,224–15,435 mph (circular orbit) and 22,544 to 19,461 (elliptical orbit). If this is the case, the travel time over the 'target' is momentary.... long enough to get a few high-speed photos and that's about it. As far as a hypothetical DEW technology, we are dealing with orbiting distances of 124 to 1243 miles up in space. If these NORAD satellites are in higher orbit like the Molniya orbit, the distance presents even more technological problems for some type of DEW technology. The Lahaina conflagration is perplexing. A satellite wouldn't explain individual structures in the very center of burned out areas that were untouched by the fires. Also, it wouldn't explain individual automobiles burned to a crisp with melted glass and aluminum located in areas completely untouched by the fires. It makes no sense.

Did the Smart meters have something to do with selecting what structures to burn and others to spare? Why were all the cell phone towers off line, in which people could not make phone calls during this fire? Why was the water turned off? Why was metal affected and not so much wood? Was microwave energy used?

It's all a very strange mystery without a 'smoking gun'. This means we don't have either the 'gun' or the 'shooter' to adequately pursue the case. We are left with theories, which are helpful for investigating a crime, and finding the direct evidence to make a case. It is said, the cover-up is all too often the bigger crime. IMHO, we have a classic example of this here in Lahaina. It would make sense to pursue the cover-up and all those involved to find someone that can provide a lead for finding the very people responsible and acquiring the location and possession of the technology equipment used.
