If a politician refuses to honor his oath to serve all his constituents to the best of his ability, when faced with severe offense, he’s brought before a court in a personal capacity.

Put every ballot initiative up for votes. All discretionary programs are opt-in. Minimize funding to anything mandatory. No bonds. Things are funded or not.

Government needs to be an organizational hub, with jury-led courts being perhaps the supreme voice of the land.

No more private police forces operating under guise of “public servants” for little tyrants to use as revenue collection agencies and legislation enforcement. Policing services come from the public at large. Training is provided on how real law works and how to perform certain tasks without causing undue infringement of individual rights.
