I stocked up on a lot of NAC as they were trying to pull it in 2020, also PayPal blocked transactions so had to be avoided (like we needed more reasons). Then in early 2021 it just showed up back on the shelves everywhere like nothing had happened. I just bought three 200-count bottles on sale today with a discount code. Quercitin is also easily available again after 2021 as well.

NAC is a zinc ionophore like Quercitin and HCQ but more importantly the cysteine in it is a main ingredient that our bodies use to make the antioxidant glutathione. As glutathione doesn't survive the digestive process it's better to supplement with NAC and glycine so your body can make it's own glutathione plus then there's also no risk of getting too much (yes you can take too much antioxidant and cause other issues for yourself) plus those two are precursors for so many other processes. Glycine is important for collagen synthesis and taking an extra 10g of glycine per day has been the thing that finally started healing my tendonitis. Glycine powder is very cheap and dissolves in water with a slightly sweet taste (it's just not realistic for me to get it all from food.)
