I expect in the coming days and weeks we will see more such "leaks" happen that will begin a narrative snowball that will catapult the world into the territory of truth as we approach the 2024 election.
Q never told us in what form or method the declassification would occur. Leaks on X seem like a clever tactical method of unsealing the truth and disseminating it to the public with plausible deniability. It allows for the truth to be regulated and drip fed piece by piece to the public without the sudden demand for all of it at once, which would undoubtedly occur if there were any official effort to declassify and unseal these truths.
