The guy talking calls himself Bill Wood, his real name is Bill Brockbrader. He says he was a SEAL in Team 9. There is no Team 9 and never has been. Brockbrader was in the Navy for 2 years but was dishonorably discharged. He also did time in prison for sexual contact with a minor (pedo). The guy is a con artist and nothing more. Long ago debunked.
