When I left my last doctor I asked to review my files so he brought in the 10 year inch plus thick folder and I pulled everything out except the cover page and took it with me.

Also just checked my medical app and it clearly says “no covid vaccination records” - nothing about any other vaccination or medical records. Just test results and medication info. At least it gave me the option to toggle off the covid notifications on the home page.
