well I would think that Trump tower and other holdings inNYC is worth 10 golf courses, and Mar a Largo. 40 wall street, Trump Park Avenue, Trump International Hotel and Tower, Central Park West, where he owns all the services, he has ground leases on very expensive real estate, units and condos in 4 other luxury buildings. Manhattan NYC still has one of the highest real estate values in the world. It would be a big loss.
